Current Weight: 58kg » Goal is to be at 54kg to compete in the 56kg class.

Deadlift

  • 1 RM 160kg (@ 70kg)
  • 2R 126kg (@ 62kg)
  • 3R 110kg (@58kg)

Bench Press

  • 1 RM 76kg (@ 70kg)
  • 1 RM 60kg (@ 58kg)

Strict Shoulder Press

  • 1 RM 74kg (@ 70kg)
  • 1 RM 60kg (@ 58kg)
Jerk
  • 1 RM 68kg (@ 70kg)
  • 1 RM 60kg (@59kg)

Note: I do all of these lifts a 100% Raw. Meaning I DO NOT use a belt, special vests or any other form of equipment to help me with these lifts.

I simply use -

  • Chalk 
  • I wear either just leggings, t-shirt & weightlifting shoes (sometimes barefoot!) or powerlifting singlet (for RAW comps) and chucks.
  • Wrist straps for heavier oly lifts & bench press, also knee sleeves.
