Note: I do all of these lifts a 100% Raw. Meaning I DO NOT use a belt, special vests or any other form of equipment to help me with these lifts.
I simply use -
- Chalk
- I wear either just leggings, t-shirt & weightlifting shoes (sometimes barefoot!) or powerlifting singlet (for RAW comps) and chucks.
- Wrist straps for heavier oly lifts & bench press, also knee sleeves.
