We all get cravings now and then. Sometimes we have days where we go off track a little and eat rubbish.
IT’S OKAY. It is NOT the end of the world.
You had one day where you indulged, you’re not suddenly going to undo all your hard work or gain 10lbs back in one day. In fact, it’s perfectly healthy as long as you get back on track and curb that splurge the next day :)
So the next time you find yourself eating a delicious tub of ben & jerrys ice cream or a whole 12” pizza to yourself, or whatever it is you love to indulge on…tell yourself this:
“THIS is okay. I have not ruined my progress. Tomorrow is a new day and i’m going to go workout as normal and bust my ass (lifting lots of heavy weights right? :p heh) and get back to eating right. I will not give up, this is what a healthy lifestyle is all about!
Keep going!! You can do this!!
“A global quest for a solution to the current obesity epidemic. It explores modern dietary science, previous historical findings, ancestral native diets and the emerging field of human dietary evolution.”
I watched this movie/documentary and I highly recommend it! It has solid facts and information. Finally! A documentary where I’m not cringing and tempted to cover my ears because I don’t want to listen BS! Hard hitting truths and de-bunking those myths that everyone seems to class as fact…even though there is no evidence to support them.
If you’re starting a weight loss plan or just looking to live a healthier lifestyle…WATCH THIS! For anyone that’s wary of a high protein diet or anyone that thinks its just another fad…watch it too.
“If a high protein diet was a fad…then it’s been a fad for 2 million years.”
